Clearing Address Book Cache

Steps to Clearing Address Book Cache

1. Open Outlook and Select File
2. Select Account Settings 
3. Select Data Files and Open File Location
4. Select Offline Address Books
5. Exit Outlook by select File and then Exit
6. Highlight the folders within the Offline Address Books Folders and Delete them.
7. Open Outlook
